hi thank you for your suggestion i happened to try this already several times
as i was having anoter seperate issue with memory speeds in my bios
intel 0821 bios for this board reports my memory as 800mhz (because it is
800mhz) but the newest intel bios (intel 1353 bios) only reports the memory
as 667 (even though it is 800mhz) and when i select cpuid value limit
enabled in the bios the computer wont boot (with the latest bios "1353")
but anyway yes i have power cycled several times after enabling both vt and
vt-d in the bios
