Network performance appears okay, although I really am not positive.  Our filesystems are not network mounted but we do use GFS (which has associated network traffic for clustering).

The block devices in the Dom0 are ATA-Over-Ethernet, so they do touch the networking code, but it doesn't go through the hypervisor (i.e. not to the DomUs).

The messages must come from the network receive path (packet transfer from dom0 to domU). Do you notice poor network performance or outages? Are your filesystems or block devices network mounted?

I'm not positive, but they appear to coincide with a lot of block traffic.  Otherwise the system seems to work, although has erratic slowdowns.  Is this bad?

It’s not really a good sign. What Xen version do you use? What dom0 and domU?
