I asked this on the users list but didn't get a response.  Maybe you guys can help.

When I do "xm dmesg", I see a number of errors like these:

I'm not positive, but they appear to coincide with a lot of block traffic.  Otherwise the system seems to work, although has erratic slowdowns.  Is this bad?
