I think my problems might have been operator error. After recompiling
with debug support and rebooting I can't get it to reproduce the error.
BTW: Something that would be interesting to know is whether the vifX.0
for the domain (where X=3 in the above case) still exists in domain 0 if
you do an "ifconfig vifX.0"
No it didn't exist after the freeze.
