when doing a xm vcpu-list the header doesnt line up with the content.  I pasted 
a example below, if you notice that ID hovers above VCPU's reading and pushs 
the rest of the headings over 1.  Nothing serious here, just a stupid cosmetic 
fix :)

[root@localhost tools]# xm vcpu-list|head
