Hello,

Looks like you're trying to install the downloads from the Xen Project 
website (xenbus.tar and related). These downloads are not digitally 
signed, nor are they kept up-to-date with upstream development. You can 
rebuild the drivers from source repos [1] (requires enabling testsigned 
mode), or download a signed build from downstream distributions.
