[PATCH 0/4] xen/cache-col: Multiple fixes

Found because XEN_DOMCTL_set_llc_colors failed in XenServer's HostUEFI Secure
Boot environment (which has additional checks on hypercalls).  Everything else
came from trying to fix that.
