[PATCH for-4.14 0/2] tools: two minor fixes for libxenhypfs

Two fixes for libxenhypfs:

- xenhypfs terminating with segfault when hypervisor doesn't have
  hypfs support
- wrong error reporting in case for access errors with xenhypfs
