I think this build failure is probably a regression; rather it is due
to the stretch update which brings in a new compiler.

However, I would prefer to avoid a force push because this build
failure means that the armhf tests didn't run.

This is a known regression with the stretch upgrade and is nothing to
do with linux-4.19 (or Xen, I think).

This is another bug, which looks like it is actually a bug in Linux
4.19.  I will send another mail about it.
