Here are my responses and logs to the 4 points you made:

1) Xen Source - here is the log of an attempt adding "cpuinfo"
as an option in my man_xen.cfg:

4) My Supermicro Intel Atom based unit does not offer legacy BIOS, at
least as far as I can tell. I'm stuck with their UEFI.
I have screen shots of most of the BIOS windows
