[Xen-devel] [PATCH] tools/hotplug: remove xen-hotplug-cleanup

Since udev is no longer used to call hotplug scripts (neither in dom0
nor driver domain), this scripts is no longer referenced anywhere. libxl
(xl devd or else) has own cleanup code.
