[Xen-devel] [RFC PATCH v1 3/8] xen: sched: Credit2: show runqueue id during runqueue dump

Instead than just a sequence number, and consistently
with what's shown when the runqueues are created.

Also add some more pretty printing here and there.

No functional change intended.
