And that's also more logical considering that
vmx_vcpu_update_vmfunc_ve() modifies
SECONDARY_EXEC_ENABLE_VIRT_EXCEPTIONS which
vmx_vcpu_update_eptp() actually looks at to decide whether to
write EPTP_INDEX.
