Add parsing and adding to xen store following extended parameters:
* feature-disable-keyboard
* feature-disable-pointer
* feature-abs-pointer
* feature-multi-touch
* feature-raw-pointer
* width
* height
* multi-touch-width
* multi-touch-height
* multi-touch-num-contacts
