It looks like the above should say "15:00 - 16:00 BST"?

I'll send agenda items closer to the time of the meeting.

That's a copy and paste thing. Yes, it should say

15:00 - 16:00 BST

or

14:00 - 15:00 UTC

Please send agenda items by tomorrow
