[Xen-devel] [PATCH v2] SUPPORT.md: add PVH Dom0 status



Also fix x86/HVM to spell out that only DomU HVM mode is supported and
remove the 'guest' from the ARM section, ARM supports both Dom0/DomU
using the same mode.
