This also (somewhere) needs an "edit staging-$X.$Y's SUPPORT.md" to fill
in the heading.

On that note, 4.10's block currently says:

    Xen-Version: 4.10-unstable
    Initial-Release: n/a
    Supported-Until: TBD
    Security-Support-Until: Unreleased - not yet security-supported

which is stale.
