Jacinto6 EVM is known to me as a board satisfying all the above. It is built around SoC utilizing CA15. The pitfall here is that the board itself is not freely available and is far too expensive.
As per omappedia [1], TI do provide the same Android for Beagleboard as for Jacinto6 EVM. Linux for Beagleboard is also available [2]. So the question is if beagleboard's u-boot able to switch CPU to HYP, or there are correspondent patches.
