It's a regression from Xen 4.8 to Xen 4.9. Yes, I'd like the patch be merged in 
next release.
The patch author Luwei already sent out v4, is it fine to reply the patch with 
"[PATCH v4 for-4.9]" ?

We will, mostly maybe for next release or the 4.9 final release version if we 
have update data.
