Pushed the rebased series to https://github.com/vittyvk/linux.git
(xen_pv_hvm_split_v4 branch), this includes your fixup patch. No
functional changes, all tags preserved.

I smoke tested the rebased patchset by doing PV-and-HVM, PV-only,
HVM-only builds and booting different guest types, no issues noticed.
