Especially some of the later patches are only loosely coupled to that
XSA, but they all needed to be withheld because of it.

1: CMPXCHG{8,16}B ignore prefixes
2: reduce CMPXCHG{8,16}B footprint
3: check for CMPXCHG8B availability
4: check for CLFLUSH{,OPT} availability
5: check for LAHF_LM availability
6: MOVNTI does not allow REP prefixes
