[Xen-devel] [PATCH V2] xen: support enabling SMEP/SMAP for HVM only



Enhance "skajima@xxxxxxxxx>mep" and "smap" command line options to support 
enabling SMEP
or SMAP for HVM only with allowing "hvm" as a value.
