To make livepatching not TECH PREVIEW.

That I believe means:
 1) Make it work under ARM64
 2) Make OSSTEst test the test-cases
 3) Fix the hypervisor issues mentioned in 
http://wiki.xen.org/wiki/XSplice#Hypervisor
    (and that list needs to be sorted in priority). Let me have an off-chat
    with Ross on that.
