[Xen-devel] [PATCH] xen: clean up AFLAGS management



No need to force inclusion of xen/config.h - AFLAGS incorporates
CFLAGS, which already does this.

Also no need to use nested $(filter-out ...) - one of them can deal
with any number of patterns.
