After it, How can I understand that dom0 use 512M of memory? Any command?

/etc/default/grub and add the GRUB_CMDLINE_XEN, like:

GRUB_CMDLINE_XEN="dom0_mem=max:7GB loglvl=verbose guest_loglvl=verbose"
