It didn't work (see my attached patch) :(
BTW, if Configuration() already returns EFI_UNSUPPORTED, then there is
no way to invoke PciGetBusRange(). Besides, MaxBus was never used in
PciEnumeratorLight(), so it's meaningless to assign any value to it.
