The current status:
1) patch for xen: The "mentioning a bug fixed" issue
2) patch for libxc: Acked-by: Wei Liu; Reviewed-by: Dario Faggioli
3) patch for libxl: Acked-by: Wei Liu
4) patch for xl: More examples need to be added to man page
