Yang Zhang <yang.z.zhang@xxxxxxxxx>
Kevin Tian <kevin.tian@xxxxxxxxx>
xen-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

(same for the other files)

From MAINTAINERS I suppose that is this entry:

INTEL(R) VT FOR DIRECTED I/O (VT-D)
M: Yang Zhang <yang.z.zhang@xxxxxxxxx>
M: Kevin Tian <kevin.tian@xxxxxxxxx>
