Xen can certainly map and access a PV guest's memory but it generally
doesn't have access to the guest symbol table to find individual
variables without being explicitly told about them.

I think it would be best if you described your end goal (i.e. what
variables you think you want to access and why) so that people on this
list can advise on the best approach to take.
