This code is a driver specific for the Hisilicon board (i.e Huawei).
Having people directly from Huawei is useful for testing any changes in
common interrupt controller code which may impact their board.

As said on another thread [1], we'd like responsive maintainers on this
driver. For now, after a month it's already out-of-date (building but
suspect not booting) and more changes is planned in the common interface.

Zoltan told us he missed the mails by mistake [2], although Frediano as
left Huawei. Unless he has access to this board, there is not much
interest for us to keep him maintainer to this driver.
