This was due to my attempts to push the new qemu tag failing because
my script didn't cope with the situation it found in the various
trees' Config.mk, and I had to fix things up by hand.  As a result I
ended up not pushing the actual qemu commits this to the right
branches.

I have now done this.  (Also, I updated the script at the time, which
is why 4.5 wasn't affected.)
