[Xen-devel] [PATCH RFC 16/35] ARM64 / ACPI: Parse GTDT to initialize timer

Parse GTDT (Generic Timer Descriptor Table) to initialize timer.
Using the information presented by GTDT to initialize the arch
timer (not momery-mapped).
