Hi Roger, Thanks. I only have the Linux kernel config (in the attachment), can not find any useful boot log up to now. And I also seen a problem: If I only add dom0pvh=1 (not specify dom0_mem), error occurs in booting xen. I have two other questions: (1) for dom0pvh this feature, xen 4.5 have to go with linux kernel 3.18??? (2)for dom0pvh this feature, have you any reports about Performance improvements? -- Thanks, Yuzhou > -----Original Message----- > From: Roger Pau Monné [mailto:roger.pau@xxxxxxxxxx] > Sent: Tuesday, January 27, 2015 4:13 PM > To: Yuzhou (C); konrad.wilk@xxxxxxxxxx; JBeulich@xxxxxxxx; > xen-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Cc: Zhangleiqiang (Trump); Xiaoding (B); Luohao (brian); Zhuangyuxin > Subject: Re: [Xen-devel] xen4.5 dom0pvh test failed > > El 27/01/15 a les 3.27, Yuzhou (C) ha escrit: > > Hi all, > > > > > > > > I want to test xen 4.5.0 + linux 3.17.4+ dom0pvh=1, but boot > failed. > > > > > > > > I add dom0_mem=max:2GB dom0pvh=1 to xen boot params. > > > > > > > > I find some mails about dom0 as pvh mode, however I do not find the > useful answer that solve this problem. > > > > > > > > And, I have tested xen 4.5.0 + linux 3.18.3+ dom0pvh=1, but also boot > failed. > > > > > > > > Have anybody test this feature? > > Yes, I've successfully tested Xen 4.5.0 and Linux 3.18.0.
