[Xen-devel] [PATCH] x86/apic: Remove redundant LVR read in init_bsp_APIC()



'ver' became unused by c/s 0b964c0c7 "x86/LAPIC: drop support for
non-integrated APIC", which in turn makes the LVR read redundant.
