[Xen-devel] help on qemu-xen for arch arm

I am trying to cross compile the qemu-xen for arm. 
 
Followed the link below

Built with the command 
"CONFIG_SITE=/etc/dpkg-cross/cross-config.armhf ./configure --build=x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu --host=arm-linux-gnueabihf 
--with-system-qemu" 
" make dist-tools CROSS_COMPILE=arm-linux-gnueabihf- XEN_TARGET_ARCH=arm32 " 
 
I did not find the build process download and compile the qemu-xen as described it in this link.

Does anybody help on how to cross-compile the qemu-xen for arm?
