Backend paths example for tow PCI devices:
/loacal/domain/0/backend/pci/9/0/dev-1/0000:03:10.1
/loacal/domain/0/backend/pci/9/0/key-1/0000:03:10.1

/loacal/domain/0/backend/pci/9/0/dev-2/0000:03:10.2
/loacal/domain/0/backend/pci/9/0/key-2/0000:03:10.2

These paths can help to identify the PCI devices. But I don't think it is a 
good idea to check all the PCI devices in the backend paths.

I just remove the if (rc == 1) condition check and it works ok.
