Comparing with flight 30399 (targeting 43103612f6) I would say
it's almost certainly my APIC related patches that cause these.
However, looking at test-amd64-amd64-xl-qemuu-win7-amd64's
serial log I see at least two PV Linux guests (Dom1 and Dom16)
being created rather than a Win7 one, which I don't know what to
think of. var-log-xen-xl-win.guest.osstest.log otoh indicates the
tool stack is thinking Dom1 is a Windows guest.

Otoh the tail of that log is all garbage, and e.g.
test-amd64-amd64-xl-win7-amd64's most recent three serial
logs are all filled with only bit rate establishing related messages
too, so this could hint at these being infrastructure related after
all...
