[Xen-devel] [PATCH 2/5] Don't pass libxlDriverPrivatePtr into libxlBuildDomainConfig



To make it easier to test, change libxlBuildDomainConfig so
that it takes a virPortAllocatorPtr instead of the larger
libxlDriverPrivatePtr object.
