[Xen-devel] Fix and improve make debball

Long time ago I did a patch to fix and improve "make debball" that was 
rejected.
I would like to push back to your attention a patch that renders my work 
easier building and update xen unstable and testing.
I think this maybe useful to other user that testing xen on debian and 
derivates.
The last version of the patch rebased on latest git master is here:

Please could you tell me if this is at least acceptable and/or where to 
improve it?
