Our network infrastructure problems have become intolerable.  Nothing
has passed for several days.  As a temporary workaround, I'm pushing
this patch into the osstest push gate.

Subject: [OSSTEST PATCH] allow.all: Tolerate all build-*-oldkern failures

We are getting very many of these due to network braindamage.
For now, tolerate them.
