I think this is because of some changes to osstest but I'm not 100%
sure which ones.  The actual error is:

    xl: error while loading shared libraries: libxlutil.so.1.0: cannot
    open shared object file: No such file or directory

from "xl list".  The relevant change to osstest must be in

I suspect "switch to wheezy".  For now I have disabled the 4.1 tests,
