Ian,

I am not using the ivrs_ioapic[] command option, although I plan to give
it a try once I have 4.4 running properly.  My full xen command line is:

dom0_mem=2048M,max:2048M dom0_max_vcpus=2 dom0_vcpus_pin loglvl=all
guest_loglvl=all iommu=debug,verbose,no-amd-iommu-perdev-intremap

With no-amd-iommu-perdev-intremap, the system boots, without the command
xen crashes at boot.  

Per Jan's request, I will try to get serial logs for the group.
