Hmm - it is unfortunate that it blows up like this, but why are you
attempting to use no-amd-iommu-perdev-intremap ?

The code as-is should DTRT wrt selecting the perdev-intremap option
which is secure.

As for the blowing up, the only candidate for a pagefault would be the
spinlock_t *debug parameter being NULL.

Can you add some debugging to pirq_spin_lock_irq_desc() to see whether
it has a sane irq_desc ?
