I've no problems to start Win7/2008R2 with more than 4GB of RAM on my AMD
1090T in HVM but this issue still persist on the server described in 1st
post under this subject.

I tried today Xen 4.3.1-rc2 but it ended up with the same error. I am
afraid many older XEON/Server Motherboard platforms are affected by this
bug as well.
