Is it better to use XEN_NETIF_GSO_TYPE_TCPV4 directly and setting gso_mask(gso_prefix_mask) with "|= XEN_NETIF_GSO_TYPE_TCPV4" or "|= XEN_NETIF_GSO_TYPE_TCPV6" instead of "1 <<"?
