Linux 3.11 added respective support, so I think we should follow
suit.

v3: Tools side adjustments: Fix placement of DOMPRINTF()
    invocation. Split implementation into its own source file. Use the
    safe decompressor variant in non-Mini-OS libxc
    (lz4_decompress_unknownoutputsize()). Minor adjustments to
    hypervisor side avoid the tools side patch having to touch the
    former.
