[Xen-devel] [PATCH] xen/spinlock: Document the xen_nopvspin parameter.

Which disables in the ticketlock slowpath the Xen PV optimization's.
Useful for diagnosing issues and comparing benchmarks in
over-commit CPU scenarios.
