Make qemu-xen-trad optional:

        Although we intend to support this code for the foreseeable
        users and or distros may wish to exclude this large body of code
        and reduce security/support/etc implications.
        
Allow use of system supplied upstream qemu:

        Makes it easier for distros to do what they are very probably
        going to do anyway.
