Without knowing whether the possible issue pointed out earlier in
the thread is an actual one, or whether we need to look for
something else, we can't really make any progress here.

You having picked the wrong component (Kernel instead of Xen)
may be part of the problem.

The fix for this is already in the queue (and half of it already
committed at least to our master branch). But this isn't necessarily
connected to the crash/corruption you observe (but I do think that
crash and corruption are just two different manifestations of the
same problem).
