All patches are Acked-by. There are two bugs that need to be fixed
before Xen 4.3 comes out:

 1). Ian Jacksons' observation about race:
         * We need a race-free version of the hypercall API.
         * We need a race-free version of the xc API.
         * We need a race-free version of the libxl API.

 2). defbool vs int and the 'claim_mode' usage.
